At Teno, we have developed a robust CSR strategy that holds us to the highest standards. Our CSR strategy was developed to focus on providing quality education for young people and community development projects.
At Teno we have successfully trained several people and given them the opportunity to earn a university degree, masters and even doctorate degree in whatever discipline of their choice. Our community development efforts have seen us design a citizens’ participatory project called One Community One Project. The focus is getting citizens in local communities, the unique opportunity to participate in the planning of what sort of development comes to their community. These initiatives shape how all our CSR initiatives are designed and implemented.

Dr. Timothy Effiong Okon
Managing PartnerDr. Timothy Effiong Okon is a geophysicist, petroleum economist, corporate strategist and financial consultant. He has a BSc (Hons) in Geology/Geophysics from ABU Zaria University (Nigeria); MSc., PhD and DIC from Imperial College (London) and MBA from Texas A&M University (Houston).
